A unique itinerary traveling by e-bike from the Oberengadin (Upper-Grisons in Switzerland) to Verona in Italy, home of Romeo and Juliet. The starting point of the ride is St. Moritz, a mountain village in the Engadin. During the tour you cycle along rivers, historic Roman roads, beautiful landscapes and many charming villages. Ending your adventure in Verona, the capital of the province with the same name, lies at the point where the river Adige emerges from the Alps and spills onto the north Italian plain. As if the surrounding beauty wasn’t enough, the battery power of these incredibly fun bikes gives you an extra boost which means you can ride more easily and stay motivated!

Itinerary option
Day 1: Arrival day
Transfer from the airport to St. Moritz, Switzerland. Select your e-bike and acclimate yourself on the way to Zernez.
Day 2: Ofen Pass, Monastery of St. Johann and Vinschgau
Cycle over the Ofen Pass to Muestair, where you will visit the Benedictine monastery of St. Johann – a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1983. In the afternoon you will cross the border to Italy.
Day 3: Vinschgau & Meran
Our constant companion on today’s route is the River Etsch. From asphalt surfaces to gravel roads, the cycle tracks lead through beautiful forests, green meadows, orchards and numerous keeps and castles.
Day 4: Bolzano
Cycle along the old wine route through the Etsch Valley along numerous orchards and vineyards to the town of Bolzano, the chief town of the Alto Adige.
Day 5: Kalteresee – Trento
Travel on an unused stretch of railroad through undulating countryside, past numerous farmsteads, keeps and castles to Kaltern am See – one of the best known wine villages in South Tyrol.
Day 6: Trento – Rovereto
Explore the picturesque, provincial town, and visit Duomo. Afterwards ride through the hilly vineyards of Trentino. Travel through the valley Etschtal, which becomes increasingly narrow as we head south to Rovereto.
Day 7: Verona
Arrive in Verona, the home of Romeo and Juliet. Discover the interesting sights during a guided tour and enjoy all that this famed Italian city has to offer.
Day 8: Departure day
Transfer to the airport and departure.
