Itinerary option
Day 1: Arrival day
Transfer from the airport to Bergen.
Day 2: Bergen, Mount Fløyen and Edvard Grieg’s Troldhaugen
Discover quarters of Bergen from the time of the Hanseatic League. Take the Fløibanen funicular up to Mount Fløyen, where you can enjoy a great view over the city.
Day 3: Hiking in Bergen
Ride the gondola up Mount Ulriken, the highest mountain in Bergen. Once there, enjoy a scenic mountain hike and simply take in the gorgeous views of the city and bay.
Day 4: Biking beautiful fjord landscapes
Hop on a mountain bike for a spectacular ride past waterfalls and mountains. Enjoy the exceptional views that only Norwegian fjords can provide.
Day 5: Flåm, Kayaking on the Nærøyfjord and Stegastein Platform
Enjoy a kayaking trip along the shore. Afterwards, experience the spectacular Stegastein viewing platform – a 650 meter (2,100 foot) platform rising above Aurlandsfjord, where you will start your afternoon hike.
Day 6: Lofthus, boat ride on the spectacular Nærøyfjord
Take a boat to the village of Gudvangen. This spectacular boat ride goes through the narrow Nærøyfjord, passing farms high on the mountain, waterfalls, and small villages.
Day 7: Hiking on Queen Sonja’s panoramic hiking trail
Having the honour of being named after Her Majesty Queen Sonja of Norway, today’s hike is one of a kind. Located in the high mountains, the trail offers magnificent fjord views.
Day 8: Kayaking excursion
Kayak along the eastern part of Hardangerfjord, one of the longest and deepest fjords of the Norwegian coast.
Day 9: Bergen & glacier hike
At Jondal, enjoy a visit at the glacier centre. After exploring the centre, drive on a serpentine road up to the glacier and equip yourself with crampons and helmets and venture onto the blue ice.
Day 10: Departure day
Transfer to Bergen airport.
